MALO is a women-only salon operating by appointment only. To allow sufficient time between appointments, please arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible.

Changes and Cancellations

After web booking, use your reservation page to cancel or request a change. Changes are confirmed by the salon. Online cancellation closes 1 hour before your appointment. Contact us as early as possible via LINE or telephone if you need help; please call for last-minute changes.

For cancellations without notice, we charge 100% of the scheduled treatment fee as a cancellation fee.

Cases Where Treatment May Not Be Provided

Depending on your skin or physical condition—including illness, severe skin irritation, recent sunburn, or pregnancy—we may be unable to provide treatment.
